alentina Casali, alumna of the Expert course Type Design (2021–22), designed her own typeface. Inspired by the ‘Financière’ style, Pritzious is characterised by its flamboyant character.
Pritzious is the result of intensive study and collaboration, made possible by the expertise and feedback of lecturer Frank Blokland. The design reflects a mix of tradition and innovation, which is typical of our education.
Our programme offers a deep understanding of typographic design, supported by historical studies and practical experience. These practices enrich our students’ understanding and skills, enabling creations like Pritzious.
